On Sunday, October 1, from 12-4 p.m., Park Avenue from 125th to 118th streets will be closed to cars and open to walking and wheels. "Party on Park" will provide the community with a safe space to walk, bike and celebrate East Harlem -- with tons of family-friendly fun, community resources, food from local small businesses, an Old School Jam with D.J. Ted Smooth, and more!
