Exciting News!

After 7 terrific years under the wing of our parent company, eppur si muove inc., Get Women Cycling is ready to operate on its own as a non-profit entity (YAY!!). We believe this business change will open up new opportunities and facilitate our growth.

Begun in 2015, Get Women Cycling has:

  • conducted educational workshops for novice and experienced bicycle riders

  • led group rides demonstrating defensive riding techniques and basic repair fixes along the way

  • helped dispel body image barriers to biking

  • provided women nationwide with guidance and hands-on assistance with bicycle and accessory purchases

  • advocated for equitable transportation and policies in NYC and beyond

Get Women Cycling, envisions a healthy, eco-friendly world through the empowerment of femme inclusive mobility. Our mission is to help build healthier lifestyles and communities with equitable, reliable, and affordable bicycle transportation. Our programs activate civic engagement, offer education and support sustainable femme inclusive bicycle ridership - especially for economically disadvantaged families and individuals.
